Note: This data is stored in your WordPress database on your own hosting server. QuillX LTD does not have access to this data.

• All data is fetched from and saved to your own server
• The apps communicate directly with your WordPress installation - not through our servers

Data We Do NOT Collect

Important: Our mobile apps do not transmit or store any of your CRM data on our servers. Specifically:

• We do not store your WordPress login credentials on our servers
• We do not have access to your customer data, contacts, or transactions
• We do not track or store your CRM activities
• All data remains on your own WordPress server

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The mobile apps may store the following data locally on your device for functionality:

• Your site URL and authentication tokens (stored securely on your device)
• Cached data for offline access (stored locally, not on our servers)
• App preferences and settings

App Store Information

When you download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We receive only anonymous, aggregated analytics about app downloads and crashes.

International Transfers

Data may be transferred outside the UK/EU only with appropriate safeguards in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
