This refund policy applies specifically to Quill CRM. QuillX LTD is committed to customer satisfaction for Quill CRM users.
Refund Eligibility
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with Quill CRM.
- Technical Issues: Full refund available if technical issues cannot be resolved within 7 days of reporting.
- Duplicate Purchases: Full refund for accidental duplicate purchases when reported within 7 days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development work after completion
- Third-party integrations or add-ons purchased separately
- Refunds requested after 14 days from purchase date
- Licenses that have been significantly used beyond evaluation purposes
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Quill CRM support at support@quillcrm.com
- Provide your Quill CRM order number and reason for refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds for:
- Annual Quill CRM subscriptions cancelled mid-term (prorated basis)
- Downgraded Quill CRM service plans
- Quill CRM services partially delivered but not completed
