License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use Quill CRM on websites you own or manage
• Receive Quill CRM updates and support during your subscription period
• Use Quill CRM for its intended CRM and business management functionality

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Quill CRM
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Quill CRM source code
• Remove or alter Quill CRM copyright notices or branding
• Use Quill CRM for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your Quill CRM license with unauthorized parties

Subscription and Payment Terms

• Quill CRM subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Quill CRM price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• All Quill CRM fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Late payments may result in Quill CRM service suspension

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use Quill CRM only for lawful CRM and business management purposes
• Maintain the security of your WordPress installation
• Not use the plugin to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of end users

Prohibited Uses

• Using Quill CRM for illegal activities or violation of laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content through Quill CRM
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities using Quill CRM
• Interfering with Quill CRM security or functionality
• Using Quill CRM to violate intellectual property rights

Support and Updates

• Quill CRM support provided during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM GMT)
• Quill CRM updates included during active subscription
• Legacy Quill CRM version support for 12 months after major releases
• No guaranteed response time, but we aim for 24-48 hours for Quill CRM support

Data and Backups

• You are responsible for backing up your Quill CRM data
• We recommend regular WordPress and database backups when using Quill CRM
• QuillX LTD is not liable for Quill CRM data loss
• Quill CRM data remains on your server under your control

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability for Quill CRM is limited to the amount paid for the plugin
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from Quill CRM use
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Quill CRM operation
• You use Quill CRM at your own risk

Warranty Disclaimer

Quill CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding Quill CRM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify QuillX LTD against claims arising from:

• Your use of Quill CRM
• Violation of these Quill CRM terms
• Infringement of third-party rights through Quill CRM use
• Your Quill CRM data or content

Termination

We may terminate your Quill CRM license if you:

• Violate these Quill CRM terms
• Fail to pay Quill CRM subscription fees
• Use Quill CRM for prohibited purposes
• Engage in fraudulent activity related to Quill CRM

Upon termination:

• Your license to use Quill CRM ends immediately
• You must cease all Quill CRM use and may delete the plugin
• Certain provisions survive termination (payment obligations, limitations of liability)

Updates to Terms

• We may update these Quill CRM terms with 30 days' notice
• Continued use of Quill CRM after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be highlighted in Quill CRM update notifications

Governing Law

These Quill CRM terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Quill CRM terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Quill CRM terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuillX LTD regarding Quill CRM.
