Campaign Statuses

Editing Campaigns

Draft campaigns: Can be fully edited at any timeScheduled campaigns:

1. Open the campaign
2. Make your changes
3. Save or reschedule

Sent campaigns: Cannot be edited (create a new campaign instead)

Duplicating Campaigns

Create a copy of any campaign:

1. Go to the Campaigns list
2. Find the campaign to duplicate
3. Click the ⋮ menu
4. Select Duplicate

Deleting Campaigns

1. Go to the Campaigns list
2. Find the campaign to delete
3. Click the ⋮ menu
4. Select Delete
5. Confirm deletion

• Warning: Deleting a campaign also removes its analytics data. This action cannot be undone.
