Brevo (Sendinblue)

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to configure bounce handling for Brevo (Sendinblue).

Step 1: Get Your Webhook URL

  1. Go to QuillCRM → Settings → SMTP → Bounce Handling
  2. Find the Brevo (Sendinblue) section
  3. Copy the webhook URL provided

Your webhook URL will look like:

https://yoursite.com/?quillcrm_webhook=bounce&provider=brevo&key=your_security_key

Step 2: Configure Brevo (Sendinblue) Webhook

  1. Log in to your Brevo Dashboard
  2. Go to Transactional → Settings → Webhooks
  3. Click Add a new webhook
  4. Paste your QuillCRM webhook URL
  5. Select events: Hard bounce, Soft bounce, Blocked, Invalid email
  6. Click Save

Troubleshooting

  • No bounces recorded: Verify the webhook is active in your Brevo (Sendinblue) settings and the correct event types are enabled.
  • 403 Forbidden: The security key may be wrong. Copy the URL again from QuillCRM settings.
