Brevo (Sendinblue)

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to configure bounce handling for Brevo:

Step 1: Get Your Webhook URL

1. Go to QuillCRM → Settings  → SMTP→ Bounce Handling

2. Find the Brevo section
3. Copy the webhook URL provided

Your webhook URL will look like: https://yoursite.com/wp-json/qc/v1/webhooks/bounce/brevo?key=your_security_key

Step 2: Configure Brevo Dashboard

1. Log in to your Brevo Dashboard
2. Navigate to  Settings → Contacts → Webhook

3. Click Add a new webhook

4. Configure the webhook:

Field	Value
URL	Paste the webhook URL from Step 1
Events	Select: hard_bounce, soft_bounce

5. Click Add

Bounce Events Handled

Brevo Event	QuillCRM Action
hard_bounce	Mark as hard bounce
soft_bounce	Track soft bounce (converts after 3)
