Import Contact

Import contacts from various sources to quickly build your database.

Import sources available:

• FluentCRM – Import contacts from FluentCRM
• FunnelKit – Import contacts from FunnelKit
• CSV – Upload a CSV file with contact data
• WordPress Users – Import existing WordPress users as contacts
• WooCommerce Customers – Import customers from WooCommerce
• ActiveCampaign – Migrate from ActiveCampaign
• MailerLite – Import from MailerLite
• HubSpot – Import from HubSpot
• Pipedrive – Import from Pipedrive
• GoHighLevel – Import from GoHighLevel

Import process:

1. Click the “Import Contact” button
2. Select your import source from the available options
3. Follow the step-by-step wizard:
   • Upload your file or connect to the service
   • Map the fields from your source to QuillCRM fields
   • Choose lists and tags to assign (optional)
   • Review and confirm the import
4. Click “Next” to proceed through each step

The import feature includes field mapping to ensure data is correctly transferred into QuillCRM.
